My name is Ann Helen Brandal, and I was born in 1967. I live with my three dogs and cats in Tranby, Lier approximately 3,5 miles west of Oslo.

My first Welsh Springer Spaniel was Misty - or EUJW'99 SU(u)CH Shandwick Golden Promise which is Misty's full name and title. Misty was the most beautiful puppy I'd ever seen, and she's from leading English Show lines. Unfortunately she's got Hip Dysplasia, grade 2 or D as it's called nowadays, so she's never been used for breeding. Misty moved to a new home autumn 2002 due to separation anxiety.

When Misty's Hip Score was official, a new Welsh was planned, and after half a year, a new enchanter arrived; "Ceilidh" - Dalville Mary Poppins. Ceilidh is a calmer type than Misty, but with the same friendly and merry temperement.

From Ceilidh's second litter, I kept Wiggly. And the last addition to the family is Ulla - the Curly Coated Retriever, who made an old dream come true.
